For years I was suffering from severe lower back pain, so much so that even moving around was affected. Tried physiotherapy several times but never found answers or help with my affliction. Then I met Olga. She analyses the issues in great detail and continuously adapts the exercises to both what I can do and what is required to address any issues I am having. She sees the greater picture of how muscles, nerves and bones work together never forgetting to ask for feedback to optimise the programme of each lesson.

The yoga involvement gives the exercises another dimension. I listen much more into my body and am much more aware of muscles and when I am using them. And irrespective of the exercises I feel mentally better afterward. Always. In a very short time this has made such a difference to my life as I now can move around painlessly again.
