Working with Olga has been invaluable to support my mental and physical wellness. Olga is a talented and patient yoga teacher. I have done flow yoga with her, where she takes you through different flows and gives you live feedback. The flows have easier for variations for the less flexible amongst us. I particularly like the online teaching as you can constantly see Olga when you need to!
