Seeking consistent practice?
Set up and maintain a regular movement practice from home, on your own terms. Move with ease, decompress, develop mobility and build strength.
You may have heard that yoga & strength are good for you — if only you actually did it. You value health and longevity — but things constantly get in the way. Public yoga classes or gyms just don’t feel right… and you are not quite sure about their methods.
Welcome to your one-to-one practice: personalised to you, methodically planned, informed by decades of education and experience, across more than one discipline. Friendly support, gentle accountability and expert guidance that extends beyond the sessions — it doesn’t get better than that.
We will begin by analysing your current ‘movement diet’ and come up with a plan to optimise it. We will then meet online, once or several times a week for practices of your choice: flow yoga, slow yoga, strength or pilates. Healthy movement begins here.

Meet your teacher
Hi — I’m Olga, a movement educator from Edinburgh, Scotland, and I’m here to guide you on your journey.
I have spent over two decades exploring bodies in motion — movement is my first language. I started with contemporary dance: a physical, meditative, creative practice of finding yourself in motion.
The exploratory nature of dance sparked my curiosity for movement science — I like to know the “why.” The mind–body approach led me to mindfulness, my anchor for the last 13 years. Everything naturally fell together when I discovered yoga.
I’m a lifelong learner, a lover of nuance, and get the most joy out of supporting people in becoming the best version of themselves.
