In a private session we focus on your needs and goals, creating a personal plan to help you move and feel better. Yoga and Pilates are both very adaptable, offering endless options and modifications, to suit a wide variety of bodies regardless of their experience and natural abilities.
Mind/body types of movement and exercise, such as yoga or Pilates, can have a twofold focus. Honing in on the physical: helping you develop your mobility, flexibility, strength and stability while cultivating awareness and focus.
On the other hand, you may want to focus more on the stress relieving aspects, using mindful movement, breath and meditation to help you feel more grounded and calm.
