One to one sessions are based on a blend of approaches from Yoga Medicine®, Pilates, mobility and prehab. These are tailored to you and help you build joint stability, improve mobility, optimise function and prevent injuries. Enhancing the overall quality of your movement and building resilience in the tissues so that you can move freely and creatively from a strong, functional base of support.
One to one sessions are an excellent tool to minimise the risk of injuries, get back into movement having recovered from an injury or time off, and as a way to add variety and support your existing practice. The sessions are very adaptable – offering endless options and modifications, to suit a wide variety of bodies regardless of their experience and natural abilities.
